Cherry Hill Office

From the South:
Take Rt. 55 to Rt. 42 West to 295 North. Continue to exit 34B West (Rt. 70). Go thru one light get to left lane. Eye Associates is the first median crossover, next to the Barclay Farm Shopping Center. Eye Associates is in Suite 18.

From the North:
Take Rt. 295 South to exit 34B West. Follow the same directions as above.

From the West:
Take Rt. 70 East. The office is ½ mile from the Kings Highway and Rt. 70 intersection in the South Jersey Medical Center, Suite 18 immediately after the Barclay Shopping Center.

From the East:
Take Rt. 70 West approximately ½ mile past the Four Points Hotel. Go three median crossovers on the left. Office next to Barclay Shopping Ctr.

From the North:
Cherry Hill, Marlton, Medford, Mt. Holly, Camden, Walt Whitman Bridge. Take 295 S to Rt. 42 to Rt. 168 S, Blackwood-Blenheim exit. Go thru two traffic lights. Four blocks after the last light is Meadows Diner, Blackwood Liquors & the Blackwood Professional Medical Center on the left. Parking lot is in the front and rear of building.

From the South:
Take Rt. 55 N to exit 56A (Rt. 41/Hurffville/Glassboro Road) Merge onto Rt. 47 (Delsea Drive). Continue to next intersection (5 Points Diner on left). Pass thru intersection, just before Washington Twp. water tower and Wawa, make a sharp left onto Barnsbory/blackwood Road. Then a slight left onto CR534. Continue to stop sign at bottom of the hill. Make a right onto West church St. bearing left to traffic lightat intersection of Rt. 168 (Rite Aid) on right. Make a right turn onto Black Horse Pike. You will pass Meadows Diner on the left. The office is past the Diner on the left, across from Gloucester Twp. Elementary school.

From the East:
Atlantic City Expressway to Rt. 42. Rt. 42 to Blackwood exit (first exit after underpass). Make a right off the exit to first traffic light. Make a right at the light on to Rt. 168. Office is located on the right aprox 1 mile.

From the West:
From Camden or Walt Whitman Bridge, get to 42 South. Exit at the 168 South - Blenheim/Blackwood Exit. Go thru two traffic lights. Four blocks after the last light is Meadows Diner, Blackwood Liquors & the Blackwood Medical Center on the left. The office is just past the Blackwood Liquors. Parking lot in front.

From the West:
Take Rt. 30 E to the intersection of Rt 54 and Rt 206. The office is 2 miles East of Rt 54 and ½ mile East of Kessler Hospital.

From the East:
Take Rt. 30 W. Follow signs to Kessler Memorial Hospital. The office is ½ mile east of Kessler Hospital

From the South:
Take Lincoln Avenue to end. Make a right onto 57. Take this straight into Hammonton. Make a light immediately after railroad tracks. Continue until you come to a "V" in the road. After the "V" make a left hand turn, go straight to stop sigh. Make a left onto White Horse Pike. Office is on the right.

From the Northwest:
Take Black Horse Pike Rt 322 to Hamilton Mall. Go right on to Rt. 40 West. Follow Rt. 40 about three miles to the Shore Health Park on the right. The office is next to Epic Grill Restaurant.

From the South:
Take Rt. 50 North to Rt. 40. Follow Rt. 40 East (Harding Hwy) towards Hamilton Mall. One half mile past the Rt. 40-Sugar Hill intersection is the Shore Health Park.

From the West:
Take Bear's Head Road to Rt. 40 East into Mays Landing. Make a right turn at Mays Landing Marina, continue on Rt. 40 through the light at Sugar Hill. Follow directions above.

From the East:
Follow the directions from the North above

From the East:
From the Atlantic City area, take Rt. 40W through Mays Landing to Rt. 552 (Bears Head Road). Make a left at Precision Chevrolet onto Bears Head Road. Follow Bears Head Road to Milmay to Rt. 557 (Tuckahoe Road). Make a right on Tuckahoe Road. Go about three miles to Chestnut Avenue. Make a left on Chestnut Ave. Go through a four-way stop light and at the next traffic light make a right turn onto Lincoln Avenue. We are 1/4 mile on the right hand side.

From the North:
Take 295 to 42 S. Exit on to Rt. 55 So. Exit off Rt. 55 at 32A, Landis Avenue, (Ramada Inn will be there). Continue about 1 mile to Delsea Drive, Rt. 47 and make a right. Make Delsea Dr less than ½ mile to a traffic light at Chestnut Avenue and Delsea Drive. Take a left on Chestnut Avenue. Continue aprox. 7 miles. Pass by Vineland Sr. High School to Lincoln Avenue (the next traffic light). Make a left onto Lincoln Avenue, we are 1/4 mile on the right hand side.

From the West:
Take Sherman Avenue to Rt. 55 South, exit 32A, follow directions above.

From the South:
Take 55 North to Exit 32A and follow directions above.
