Where were you born and raised?

I was born and raised in Camden, New Jersey.

What is your favorite part about being an ophthalmologist?

The opportunity to give the gift of sight. Cataract surgery in particular helps many patients see better than they have in years and sometimes allows them to see more than they ever have seen in their lifetime. That’s always thrilling for me and such an honor to perform.

Favorite thing to do outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my wife and family, playing classical piano pieces, and traveling.
